No appointment needed! Walk in anytime!

During the season, typically, Sun-Thu we are open from 10am to 7pm while Fri-Sat 10am to 9pm.
We often stay open later when busy or close early when slow or bad weather.
How long does Permanent Jewelry last?
While this can be affected by a myriad of factors, you can expect about 5 years of enjoyment out of your permanent jewelry.
What happens if I break it?
Come back to the store, we'll fix it for you.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, we are not able to issue refunds. Should you have issues with a particular chain style, we'll replace it with a different one.
What if I have to have it removed for a procedure?
You can remove it by cutting the O-ring that holds it in place and save the chain. We can re-weld it on you free of charge or other permanent jewelry vendors can fix it for you for a small fee.
Can you fix other permanent jewelry I've broken?
We sure can. We typically charge $10 to fix jewelry bought someplace else.
